Kris Cannon-Jackson, joined the Go-HR team in April 2024! She is a Certified Diversity Practitioner, is an international speaker/facilitator with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, business management/operations, with a passion of helping to engage employees in the workforce by ensuring they feel included and have a sense of belonging. As a well-rounded, transformational leader who delivers strategic solutions to her clients’ most pressing people issues, she has worked tirelessly to streamline processes, improve organizational synergies and culture.

 

She has passionately worked with clients to promote continuous growth and engage and motivate employees to realize & reach their full potential. This has allowed her to put people first, while improving key performance indicators (KPIs) for organizations. For more than two decades, she has been empowering individuals and organizations to achieve excellence and growth. She combines her high energy and compassion with her deep insights and practical skills to help clients unlock their full potential. With Kris, you will have a supportive and challenging partner who will help you transform and enhance your organizational culture.

 

Kris is very active in the community and volunteers for several organizations, including serving as the VP of DEIB for HRACO Board (local SHRM chapter), the CYP Club, Columbus Children's Choir Board, Passport to Fashion, the D.I.V.E. Academy, just to name a few.

 

Kris has a life-long passion for learning. She holds an MBA with a focus in Human Resource Management and Leadership, and she has a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Leadership and Business Administration. She has also earned the distinguished designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Most recently, she earned a certification from SHRM in People Analytics and a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.

 

When Kris has the opportunity, she loves to travel and experience new adventures. She always says that she works to support her cruising habit. (Hey, there are worse habits to have.) 😊
