We are small business and we understand the challenges that face small businesses. Using our combined 50+ years of experience, our mission is to help small businesses have access to affordable HR expertise to support employee engagement and business growth.

 

Founded in 2002, we started as a training and development and communications company, based on nearly two decades of training development, associate communications, and staffing and hiring. Over the last decade we have elevated these areas of expertise and added full-cycle HR, coaching, career transition, DiSC assessment, and expanded recruiting and sourcing. We provide all of these services with an emphasis on quality and reliability, and continually focus on how we can provide our small-business clients with the support and services they need to grow and be successful. In 2022 we’re celebrating our 20th year in business.

 

Our clients are in industries such as bookkeeping and accounting, legal, healthcare, insurance, and consumer services. If we had to describe our niche, it’s employers with under 50 associates, predominantly in the professional services industries. Our areas of expertise are generalist and strategic HR consulting, recruiting and onboarding, training and development, non-traditional benefits consulting, and corporate outplacement and individual career transition. Our team is comprised of highly qualified, professionally licensed, and certified professionals.
